These receive the low entropy quantum light stream from the Bose Photon Gas created within the first element, the Neodymium Doped Penrose Tiled Black Body Diode fed by Lasers which pump and amplify within until finally forming a Bose Photon Gas, which then emits low entropy quantum photons to the toroids. The toroids serve to internally circulate the quantum light, compressing it and through acceleration, creating an optical event horizon via relativistic effects, which then flings photons out, or blueshifts them into the next nest, for another round of time dilated compression, and another, after which, this photon stream is fed to the adjacent toroid in the opposite direction, resetting phase and eliminating energy echoes and resonant dampening. After twelve of these toroids, the blueshifted photons are allowed to escape the system, and energy is conserved through the deformation of the spacetime metric. For a craft already set in motion in space, activating this will increase velocity without expending ejected mass to sub relativistic speeds with time. Additionally, turned on its end, this device with 200MW input outputs a 200GW defense beam that cannot be defended against with any of the materials that survive a nuclear blast. Materials in the bulk and type used to shield undergound installations to survive massive nuclear blasts cannot shield against the quantum X-ray laser that can be shaped from the exhaust light. Problematically, the exhaust light is hazardous to anything in its path if it hits before dispersing significantly beyond 1AU arm's length. A 200MW powered beam (200GW output) can destroy targets on Mars after the elapsed 20 something minutes. So this is a problematic exhaust to attempt to get a craft going fast without massive amounts of matter fuel on board. If there is nothing behind the craft for at least 1AU behind the craft, this is fine. Practically, this is a severe safety limitation to its use close to Earth.
The following is one AI example of the internally reflective toroid that must withstand MeV to GeV level photons compressing to a density that causes spacetime metric warping, necessary to blueshift quantum photon streams, in an extremely intense quantum ring laser formation, feeding through three concentric nests and 12 toroids. The last of the series must be the most durable. By virtue of the elastance of spacetime warped by an artificial optical event horizon, weak to stronger, photons are slingshot out (blueshifted), without overunity effects. The apparent overunity is balanced by warping of the spacetime metric around the device, while emitting the intense photon exhaust stream, for almost 150 pounds of thrust without any ejection of matter, much less than conventional combustion cylinders used on Earth which eject matter to generate force, but enough to get a 100 ton craft to near relativistic speeds within reasonable current expedition time frames.
